Position
For the  VOI Kiwengwa Resort  in Zanzibar, we are looking for a Restaurant Steward/Hostess with immediate availability.

Responsibility:
·Welcome guests upon their arrival.
·Escort guests to their table.
·Assist in requesting information and provide support in managing any needs.
·Provide general information about the resort, available services, and activities.
· Handle requests, reports, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Requirements
·Previous experience in similar roles (preferably in international resorts).
·Fluent English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
·Excellent command of Office suite programs, various Internet browsers, and email.
·Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
·Have a positive, empathetic, and customer-oriented attitude.
·Aptitude for teamwork and multicultural environments.
·Flexibility and availability to work shifts and on various services – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
