The organization has served over 90,000 patient encounters and continues to expand its health services to make a meaningful impact on vulnerable populations.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Director of Operations at Village Health Works. The role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, budgeting, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The position is located in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo, with some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications
• Operations Management and Budgeting skills
• Analytical Skills and Team Management experience
• Customer Service expertise
• Experience in healthcare or non-profit organizations
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging environment
• Master's degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or related field
