Otapp is a leading software company specialising in ticketing solutions. We are looking for passionate, talented, and driven individuals to join our dynamic team as a Cloud Engineer. This intermediate-level position is an excellent opportunity for freshers to grow in the field of IT infrastructure, server management, cloud technologies, and network administration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Server Installation and Configuration:
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of physical and virtual servers running on Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.
• System Monitoring and Performance Tuning:
• Monitor server performance and assist in identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Backup, Recovery, and Disaster Recovery:
• Assist in setting up and managing backup solutions for critical servers and ensure business continuity.
• Security Management:
• Implement and monitor server-level security policies, including configuring firewalls, access control, and patch management.
• Cloud Infrastructure Support (Azure):
• Assist in configuring and managing cloud-based resources using Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Virtual Network, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Monitor.
• Troubleshooting and Support:
• Help diagnose and resolve server-related issues, providing support to internal teams and end-users.
• Documentation:
• Maintain clear documentation of server configurations, issues, and solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background:
B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic Knowledge:
• Understanding of server operating systems like Windows Server and Linux.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of Azure Cloud services (e.g., Azure VMs, Blob Storage, Virtual Network, SQL Database, Azure Monitor).
• Familiarity with server monitoring and performance tools.
• Knowledge of security practices such as access control and patch management.
• Analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve server and network-related issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and cloud services.
