Job Description:

As an Accounting Certificate Holder at **MML*, you will play a vital role in our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Managing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
Reconciling bank statements and preparing financial reports
Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring
Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to management
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
Process transactions using cash registers and electronic systems
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
Count and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Provide assistance to customers with product inquiries or locating items
Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions
Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets
Update and maintain accounting records and ledgers
Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
Perform financial analysis and provide insights to senior accountants or management
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies
Utilize accounting software and Excel to organize and analyze financial information.

Required profile for job ad : Junior Accountant

Qualifications:

Hold a valid accounting certificate
Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
